The countries that are prohibited from accessing Arrakis Finance include:
- Switzerland – Due to VAT and tax-related compliance requirements.
- United States – Due to strict regulatory scrutiny and potential legal issues with DeFi projects.
- Sanctioned Countries by the United Nations, European Union, or OFAC, including:
- North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela (specific individuals and entities), Crimea Region of Ukraine, and Belarus.
- Countries with Explicit Crypto Bans or Severe Restrictions on DeFi:
- China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal.
- High-Risk Jurisdictions Identified by FATF:
- Myanmar, South Sudan, Yemen, Haiti, Barbados, Jordan, Cambodia, Turkey, Mali, Uganda.
